Using the BOSU Balance Trainer,  this unique, multidimensional training class integrates core strength, balance, coordination, resistance training and cardio intervals in a fun-filled and challenging workout.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Baby Bump Bootcamp
Get moving and increase your energy with low intensity and circuit training style workouts. Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your prenatal body. This class is designed to keep key muscles in your chest, back, core and legs strong, to help you carry a growing baby belly. The class is tailored to meet you at your current trimester.
 
 
Baby Mama Bootcamp
Get your body back and increase your energy with Tabata, HIIT and circuit training style workouts. Several modifications are demonstrated, so that you can choose the option that works best for your recovering body. Include baby in the workout at anytime, as modifications can be made to accommodate holding baby or wearing baby in a front carrier (fabric carriers not permitted).
 
FOR THE SUMMER SESSION, THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. LOCATION WILL BE INDIAN BATTLE PARK.
Enjoy the challenge of Barre movements plus weight lifting. Work your whole body head to toe, targeting legs, hips, glutes and inner thighs using light to moderate weights and high reps. Sculpt your chest, back, biceps and triceps with this lengthening and leaning workout, all while recruiting your core muscles and promoting flexibility and functional movements. Prepare for a little burn!
Join this bootcamp-style class to train your lower body. In addition to squats, lunges and deadlifts you will experience a great variety of lower body conditioning while increasing your heart rate. This class will help to improve your balance, agility and stamina. Learn how to capitalize on the power of your lower body while burning big calories.
It’s the pairing of two great classes molded into one! First 30 minutes is a fast-paced circuit combination of Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainer, and the BOSU. The second 30 minutes is a non-impact, strength-based workout using hand weights to condition and sculpt the entire body. This class has the building blocks of cardio, core and strength-building exercises with plenty of options to modify intensity and challenge yourself.
Challenge all of your major muscle groups as you squat, press and curl! Cardio pump uses low weights and high reps to burn fat, increase strength and gain lean muscle, while adding bursts of cardio to keep that heart pumping!
Chisel is a challenging strength training workout that will sculpt your entire body. This class targets all major muscle groups by using a variety of functional, non-aerobic exercises combined with different pieces of equipment such as dumbells, bands, gliders and more.

Watch out riders! This class gives the Instructor freedom to design any kind of fun ride. Some workouts may be simulated mountain bike rides, pyramid workouts, jumps, road riding through the coulees, races, epic climbs, technical rides, team work, sprints, etc… anything your instructor can think up! Intensity will vary from class to class, depending on each individual instructor.
Geared to keep you in the fat-burning zone, this endurance-based, steady-state class is guaranteed to leave you drenched! Drills will maintain a specific cadence from start to finish. This ride will challenge your mental and physical endurance. Come ready to work!
This 50 minute class features high reps, low weights and bursts of cardio and focuses on lengthening and leaning of muscles. Leave feeling refreshed and full of energy. This class is great for clients who want to build muscle without adding bulk, clients who wish to develop their flexibility, clients who want to change up their workout regime to prevent plateauing and is safe for beginners, pre and postnatal clients and active aging.

HIIT Fit is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Get ready to sweat and burn calories!
Wanna burn some stubborn body fat? No better way to tackle that than with high intensity exercises that will send your heart rate into the fat burning zone! This class follows a 15 minute format: 10 minutes of HIIT cardio, 10 minutes of HIIT strength and 10 minutes of HIIT core!
Not your average strength training class! How many rounds can you complete of three different exercises with specified rep counts in an allotted amount of time? Work at your own pace within the set time frames. This class is set up circuit style in stations using various pieces of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, BOSU, steps, weights and more. Practicing proper form and elevating your heart rate while building up strength in specific muscle groups leaves you with an improved resting heart rate and longer leaner muscles. Build muscle without mass!
Interval Blast is a circuit style, total body, HIIT class designed to tone and strengthen all the major muscle groups. Classes are different every time, incorporating combination and isolated movements to keep your body engaged and always improving!
Looking to tone your arms, glutes, or another specific body part? Then this class is for you! The instructor will focus on two to three muscle groups for the entire class. Work opposing muscles like Back and Biceps, Chest and Triceps, Shoulders and Obliques, Glutes and Quads or Hamstrings and Hips. Each class will ISOLATE these areas giving you an opportunity to make gains in that specific region. 
Looking for a basic strength training class that targets all your muscles from head to toe. Get a combination of upper and lower body compound exercises and cardio in between to put you in your fat burning zone and leaving you with 400-500 calories expended!
Want to ride but not have an instructor tell you what to do? Come in and ride at your own pace. Bring your own music or listen to ours. We will have the Performance IQ display training system up so that you can track your Power, RPM's and Energy used! Open spin is only $10 for drop-ins or is included in your Unlimited Class Pass and Class Punch Cards! Each class ends 10 minutes before the hour.

HIGH Fitness can be best described as choreographed interval training. It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN with INTENSITY. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning. There’s no better way to describe it than “Body Sculpting Fun.” Get Addicted to being fit!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to another using breath. Build strength and gain flexibility in this dynamic class that is always different, challenging and fun. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to Kinsmen Park (10th St. and 9th Ave South) All levels are welcome!
Get ready to get ripped! Bust a move with this kickboxing-inspired class designed to sculpt, tone and lean out your body as well as condition your cardiovascular system. Suitable for all fitness levels, PKL combines no-contact kicks, punches & other cardio moves with body weight and free weight exercises! Punch, kick and lift your way to a leaner, healthier you!
In this class you’ll work your body to the high energy beats of rock, hip-hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and race. Pair that with a spectacular light and sound show, and you’ve got yourself a party on a bike!
Looking to push yourself to the limits? This class is for you! Begin class with an easy five minutes of steady state cycling, followed by 20 minutes of hill repeats, twenty minutes of flats with sprints and finish off with five minutes of endurance (wind resistance anyone?). Leave sweaty and satisfied!
For those extra early risers! Power 5.3.0 combines cardio and muscle conditioning and will shape and tone your entire body in a challenging yet fun way. This is a great time to enjoy the music and feel the burn!
Power Yoga incorporates balance, flexibility, strength and mental focus with dynamic movement in order to enhance communication between mind and muscle. Movements are graceful yet powerful, allowing the body to become strong and supple, and the mind to become calm and composed.
Pyramid HITT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Pyramid intervals start with low interval time working all the way up and then back down again. This class will leave you drenched in sweat!
Looking for leaner legs and arms and a more defined waistline? Look no further. High reps and light to moderate weights with the fusion of ballet, yoga and Pilates and weight lifting makes this class "not your average barre class." Barre positions and concepts applied to weight lifting and plyometrics makes every bit of effort count towards change in your body! This is a great class for runners, yogis, spin addicts and cyclists as it conditions with muscular endurance style and increases the flexibility of your hips and many other joints!
Kickin' it old skool with jams from the 70's, 80's, 90's and early 2000's. Keep the beat with your feet as you cruise hills, flats and sprints and remember the good ol' days!

Turn your body into a fat-burning machine! Xtreme Sculpt is a non-impact, strength-based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt the entire body. We've added a splash of plyometrics to intensify the burn! 
Experience a Yoga class that uniquely flows from one posture into the next to create continuous movement between postures focusing on improving strength, flexibility and balance. This class is great for all levels, whether you're trying Yoga for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice.
The repetitive movements of cycling and running can cause joint pain and muscle fatigue. Slow down and stretch in this Yin inspired yoga class that will focus on strengthening and increasing flexibility in the lower half of the body (calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes and hips) as well as the core and back. Each pose will be held for 3 minutes utilizing props and the practitioners breathe to open and release layers of fascia. No yoga experience is required and if you are a newbie or seasoned cyclist and/or runner come stretch and have some fun.
