Fitness changed my life ten years ago and I have not turned back since! I lacked any self-confidence and belief that I could change my body and my health. It took one person to change that belief system for me and to encourage me to step out of my comfort zone. I became a trainer so that I could be that person for so many other people.

I believe that anyone and everyone can enjoy a fit life. It just takes a good experience to set you out on the right path. My passion is to help you find your passion. Fitness should be fun. Fitness should be challenging. If it challenges you it changes you. I want to be your motivator and help you on whatever part of your journey you are currently on.

I am a mom with two small children, a personal trainer and fitness instructor, an avid marathon runner and a health and wellness blogger. In my spare time I love running road race, spending time with my family, hiking/camping in the mountains and cooking clean eats.

I am passionate about your health. Fitness is so much more than just an image; it is your muscles, your joints and your heart and their longevity. I want you to work hard to achieve the fittest version of yourself, so that you can live a good strong life. It is never too late. You are only one decision away. What are you waiting for?

Kimberly Coady



Kim grew up in the world of fitness. As a young girl at the age of 14 she was already training and playing at an elite level of soccer, and by 17, was one of the youngest players in the W-league. After the end of her soccer career, Kim found a new way to train and fell in love with the gym, nutrition and with the understanding that the two go hand in hand. Kim has competed in fitness competitions and loves the training journey that comes with it. Her belief is this: "When you push your limits and believe in yourself, you find your potential, and anything is possible. Push hard, reach your goals and find that motivation. Ask "what's your why?" Once you know, everything falls into place! Strive for progress not perfection!"

Ashley-Raye

 

Ashley-Raye leverages her experience as a high-performance athlete, and education in Kinesiology, to her personal training expertise. Ashley played rugby at a provincial and University level, in addition to currently playing on the University of Lethbridge Ringette Team. Her love of all things sports and physical activity has driven her to diverse endeavors including hockey, basketball, soccer and speed skating- just to name a few!
Ashley's sporting background led her to personal training, as fitness has always played a big role in her life and sparked a passion for the physical and mental benefits of training. Her goal as a trainer is to make a positive impact in people's lives through fitness and health.

Jessica Sakamoto

Jessica's fitness journey began in house at Kinetic, in 2016. She started attending classes regularly and Kinetic soon became her second home. Jess' love for working out sparked a new found passion for fitness and training. Jessica is now a CanFitPro certified Personal Trainer. After reaching some of her own personal goals, she wants to help others achieve their fitness goals. Jess aims to provide accountability, guidance, and balance to her personal training clients.
