Fitness changed my life ten years ago and I have not turned back since! I lacked any self-confidence and belief that I could change my body and my health. It took one person to change that belief system for me and to encourage me to step out of my comfort zone. I became a trainer so that I could be that person for so many other people.
I believe that anyone and everyone can enjoy a fit life. It just takes a good experience to set you out on the right path. My passion is to help you find your passion. Fitness should be fun. Fitness should be challenging. If it challenges you it changes you. I want to be your motivator and help you on whatever part of your journey you are currently on.
I am a mom with two small children, a personal trainer and fitness instructor, an avid marathon runner and a health and wellness blogger. In my spare time I love running road race, spending time with my family, hiking/camping in the mountains and cooking clean eats.

Kim grew up in the world of fitness. As a young girl at the age of 14 she was already training and playing at an elite level of soccer, and by 17, was one of the youngest players in the W-league. After the end of her soccer career, Kim found a new way to train and fell in love with the gym, nutrition and with the understanding that the two go hand in hand. Kim has competed in fitness competitions and loves the training journey that comes with it. Her belief is this: "When you push your limits and believe in yourself, you find your potential, and anything is possible. Push hard, reach your goals and find that motivation. Ask "what's your why?" Once you know, everything falls into place! Strive for progress not perfection!"
Angela discovered fitness after trying to lose the last few pounds of baby weight. Not only did she fall in love with it, but she also found it to be a healing agent for her struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety. She strongly believes that exercise strengthens the mind, body and spirit, and is constantly working on new ways to incorporate mental and spiritual techniques into her workouts. She is passionate about helping others obtain their short and long-term fitness goals, and loves seeing the positive changes exercise makes on people’s lives. In her role as a Personal Trainer, Angela is committed to support, encourage and challenge her clients to not only achieve their goals but to discover strengths they never knew they had. Her long-term goal is to specialize in children’s fitness, yoga and meditation. She believes that introducing these activities in a child’s life will benefit them for years to come.
