Allison has been instructing fitness classes for over 15 years and believes that the key to a healthy mind and body is variety as well as choosing activities that challenge the individual. Allison enjoys many forms of physical activity including marathons, triathlons and obstacle course racing, in addition to skiing with her husband and two sons. Her favourite part of being an instructor is meeting people and helping them reach their goals while still having fun!
Amie has been active in the Wellness Industry for almost 20 years. She has experience working in Ontario as well as PEI but now resides in Lethbridge. Amie has several certifications including Personal Training through American Council on Exercise, CanFitPro and is a certified Spin Instructor. She enjoys motivating and pushing people to their limits especially in spin class!!
Ashley-Raye uses her education in Kinesiology and her experience as a high level athlete to supplement her personal training expertise. Ashley played rugby at a provincial and University level, in addition to currently playing on the University of Lethbridge Ringette Team. Her love of all things sports and physical activity has driven her to diverse endeavors including hockey, basketball, soccer and speed skating - just to name a few!

Ashley's sporting background led her to personal training, as fitness has always played a big role in her life and sparked a passion for the physical and mental benefits of training. Her goal as a trainer is to make a positive impact in people's lives through fitness and health.

Brynne's yoga journey started with a casual interest and she quickly discovered a passion for not only the physical practice but the overall balance and wellness of yoga. Ten years later she has become a devoted daily practitioner and she appreciates the focus of the mind, body and breath that her yoga practice provides. Brynne attained her teacher training in 2011 with Rameen Peyrow at the SATTVA School of Yoga through the Canadian Yoga Alliance and she is so excited to share her knowledge and love of yoga with all of you.
Cara has recently certified as a group fitness instructor through the Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA) and holds a Certification as a Total Barre Instructor. However she is no newcomer to fitness nor Barre. Cara has a long history of dance training and competitive dancing. She trained and competed in Ballet, Tap and Jazz for 15 years. Cara is very enthusiastic about moving in this new direction of fitness training. In addition to her background in dance, she has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drama), A Bachelor of Management and a Certificate in Event Management, all useful tools in planning, preparing and implementing challenging and fun group fitness classes. In her leisure time she keeps active and enjoys golf, water skiing, snow skiing and fitness training. She is also an active volunteer in her daughter’s classroom and is a member of the Board of Directors at SAAG.

Carly has been passionate about fitness and yoga ever since she was in High School. She decided to turn that passion into a career when she and a friend started their own studio in 2004, where they specialized in Yoga, spin and personal training. After her partner moved to Edmonton, Carly started working at the family business. She continued to train and workout with several loyal followers. Carly is a certified yoga instructor with Canadian Yoga and Sports Yoga. She is certified with Schwinn Spin, Body Integrated Balance Training BOSU, and CanFitPro Sport Movement Level 1. Carly also holds certification in Group Fitness, Personal Training and NESTA personal training. With all that comes with having two energetic little girls and working, Carly hasn't left herself as much time to teach as she would like. She has enjoyed all the classes she has tried at Kinetic and is excited to be able to teach a few.
Chantelle's passion for fitness was first ignited in college by her roommate who helped her overcome her fear of “the gym” and helped her discover her passion for running.
She is especially passionate about helping moms-to-be and moms with young children feel energetic and positive about their self-image having recovered her body after three pregnancies!
Her second passion is working with endurance athletes in helping them to strength train to improve athletic performance, particularly core performance training and flexibility training.

Chantelle has the most fun in the world creating fitness classes, spin sets and personal training programs. She is a certified CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist, certified Fit4Two Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, certified Keiser Cycle Instructor, Certified Total Barre Instructor and qualified TRX Instructor. "If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you" is her personal motto.

In her spare time she loves being a mom, hiking, with the mountains in view, trail running, running marathons and has her first ultra marathon on the horizon in 2017!

Chantelle believes that indoor cycling is THE greatest and safest workout  for any age and stage in one's personal fitness journey. She believes that fitness should be functional and fun!  She pours her heart out on her playlists...the beats must be banging and motivating!

Darcy’s passion is spin/cycle classes! She has been teaching in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years now and loves every single minute of it. Darcy is a certified CSEP-CPT, as well as, AFLCA Fitness Leader and RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance. This year she has also obtained her Master Trainer designation thru Bender Ball Canada. Darcy teaches a wide variety of classes ranging from Step, TRX Circuit, Pilates, Yoga and Bootcamp. She has also participated in several Spin/Cycle designations such as Keiser, X-Bike and Schwinn just to name a few. There is nothing more exhilarating to her than having participants leaving her spin classes after a good ride feeling “amazing”!!
Erich describes his passion for fitness as a lifestyle choice. He has been teaching group fitness for 24 years, receiving his certification at the Lethbridge YMCA. He teaches a variety of classes including Hi-Lo Impact, Step, FitBall, HIIT and TRX. Erich describes one of his greatest thrills of being an instructor as the time when NRG2GO hired him to teach in resorts throughout the Caribbean Islands! After 24 years of teaching, Erich’s passion for fitness is as strong as it was when he first began. He always strives to encourage and motivate his participants to reach their potential.
Janelle transitioned from dance into fitness back in the ‘90s, and what was once enjoyed as a hobby has now become her career! Upon moving from Saskatchewan to Alberta for University to obtain her Management Degree, Janelle obtained her AFLCA & YMCA group fitness instructor certification and since then she has added numerous certifications throughout the more than 20 years of instructing fitness, including CanFitPro Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer, Total Barre, TRX, BOSU, Baby&Me Pre-PostNatal, Keiser & Schwinn Cycling, Bender Ball and more! Janelle believes health and fitness is a lifestyle unique to everyone at any age, and that making it fun is the key to motivating the many people she meets in her classes!
Fitness has been a major part of Jeannie’s life for as long as she can remember. She was a competitive athlete for 10 years and then had the joy of coaching and judging other athletes at an international level after that. Jeannie has attained her Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the U of C as well as her Fitness Instructor Specialist and personal training certifications. Jeannie enjoys sharing her love of fitness with those around her and finds it very rewarding to have a hand in helping others reach their fitness goals. When Jeannie is not instructing fitness classes she loves to spend time with her husband and four children!
Jocelyn has had a love for group fitness ever since high school. After moving to Lethbridge from Brooks for nursing school Jocelyn tried her first spin class and fell in love. Jocelyn recently completed her group fitness certification through AFLCA and holds a designation in cycle. Jocelyn is also an RN who works in the emergency department. In her leisure she enjoys golf and skiing!
Jody was nominated one of the top three fitness professionals in Canada 2008 and was recipient of Can-Fit-Pro’s most Valuable PRO Trainer 2007 and FIS PRO Trainer of the year 2005. She is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor as well as a veteran international presenter and professional educator with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. A previous PRO Trainer for Can-Fit-Pro and Master Trainer for the Bender Ball Method, some of her favorite professional accomplishments were presenting at multiple World IDEA conferences and spending 10 years traveling coast to coast as an international fitness presenter. Jody currently instructs fitness classes at numerous Lethbridge facilities and enjoys spending time with her busy family.
Kasha has been sharing her love of movement and music as a Group Exercise Instructor for over 10 years. After growing up training and teaching dance she soon found herself leading group fitness class of various Les Mills disciplines (BodyJam, BodyFlow and BodyPump). Kasha is a certified CanFitPro Fitness Instructor Specialist with a passion for yoga. She was fortunate to train with the Soma Yoga Institute under the direction of Liz Heffernan and Molly Masaoka for her 200hr yoga teacher training. Whether she is teaching yoga, cardio or strength training her classes are sure to be welcoming, fun and have a strong emphasis on form and alignment. She enjoys being a part of each member’s wellness journey and sharing the benefits of breath, movement and balance.
